滤过性手术后早期联合应用中药制剂对青光眼视神经保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察滤过性手术后早期联合应用金纳多药物治疗对青光眼视功能保护的疗效。方法将纳入中晚期青光眼患者60例(60只眼),随机分成治疗组30例(30只眼)和对照组30例(30只眼),治疗组在滤过性手术后早期联合应用金纳多药物治疗,对照组单纯行滤过性手术治疗,术后不用扩血管药物治疗。分别记录术前及术后视力、眼压、视野、滤泡变化。结果术后随访≥8个月,两组治疗后视力及视野改善情况比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组术后眼压以及功能性滤泡形成情况比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论滤过性手术后早期联合应用金纳多药物治疗对青光眼视功能保护有一定的治疗作用。Objective To evaluate protective effects of early combined application of Ginkgo after trabeculectomy for glaucoma.Methods 60 cases（60 eyes） were divided randomly into two groups and all patients were operated for trabeculectomy.The treatment group were treated by Ginkgo and the control group were not treated by any vasodilator drug.The vision,IOP,visual field and shape of the filter blebs were observed.Results The postoperative follow-up period was eight months.There was significantly statistical difference between two groups in vision and visual field.（P﹤0.05）.There was not significantly statistical difference in IOP and shape of filter blebs.Conclusion Early combined application of Ginkgo after trabeculectomy can protect the optic nerve of glaucoma.
