摘　　要：目的评价倍频532激光虹膜表面新生血管光凝术联合复合式小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法对31例(32只眼)新生血管性青光眼先用倍频532 nm激光封闭虹膜表面新生血管,1～d天后再行复合式小梁切除术。结果术后随访半年,27例(28只眼)眼压控制在21 mm Hg以下,有效率达85.71%。结论倍频532激光虹膜光凝联合复合式小梁切除术是治疗新生血管性青光眼较为满意的方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of frequency doubling 532 laser coagulartion of iris surfcae combined with compound trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma.Methods 31 cases（32 eyes） of neovascular glaucoma were first conducted by frequency doubling 532 laser therapy to iris surface neovascularization,followed by compound trabeculectomy one or two days laster.Results After the surgery with half one year follow-up,27 cases（28 eyes） IOP was controled lass then 21 mm Hg,The effective rate were 84.85%.Conclusion Frequency doubling 532 laser coagulation of iris combined with compound trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma is an effective method.
