摘 要:目的探讨碘海醇肌瘤局部注射能否提高HIFU能量沉积、提高治疗效率。方法 40例子宫肌瘤患者随机均分成用药组和对照组,用药组HIFU消融前30min向瘤体内注入碘海醇0.5ml;对照组以生理盐水代替碘海醇,比较两组HIFU消融能效因子(EEF消融单位体积所需辐照能量)。结果用药组和对照组HIFU消融能效因子分别是(7.29±1.18)J/mm^3、(15.05±2.19)J/mm^3,用药组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论碘海醇能够增强HIFU能量在子宫肌瘤局部的沉积,能够提高HIFU消融子宫肌瘤的治疗效率。Objective To explore whether Iohexol can enhance energy deposition of HIFU(High intensity focused ultra sound,HIFU) ablation. Methods Forty Patients with leiomyoma were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 20 cases equally in each group, Patients in treatment group were ablated by HIFU 30 rain after 0. 5 ml Iohexol was injected into myoma. In control group, the process were the same as those in treatment group except Iohexol was replaced by saline. The energy efficiency factor (EEF) in the two groups were calculated based on the volume of myoma and exposure time. Results The EEF were (7.29±1.18) J/mma and (15.05±2. 19) J/mm3 in treatment group and control group respectively(P〈0.05). Conclusions Iohexol has the ability to enhance energy deposition of HIFU ablation leiomyoma, thus increase the treatment efficiency of HIFU ablation.
