摘　　要：目的:通过对9例患者,12颗埋伏阻生牙的正畸-外科联合治疗,探讨埋伏阻生牙产生的原因及如何利用正畸-外科联合治疗手段治疗埋伏阻生牙。方法:对于12颗埋伏阻生牙分别采取助萌术,环切术及翻瓣导萌术等外科手段联合正畸治疗。结果:12例埋伏阻生牙均排入牙弓,牙周附着良好,能较好的行使咬合功能。结论:根据阻生牙不同的埋伏情况,选择不同的手术开窗方式,可有效治疗埋伏阻生牙。Objective： To explore the etiological factors of impacted teeth and How to managing the impacted teeth with Orthodontic and surgical methods.Methods： 9 patients,12 impacted teeth were treated by MBT fixed Appliance and analyze the position of impacted teeth and relationship with adjacent teeth to choose surgical exposure operation.Results： 12 Impacted teeth were guided into dentition with good keratinized tissue and normal dental occlusive.Conclusion： It is an effective way to treat the impacted teeth using orthodontic and surgical management.
