机用镍钛根管锉用于老年人磨牙根管预备的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析机用镍钛根管锉用于老年人磨牙根管预备的效果。方法:128颗需行根管治疗的老年人磨牙分成A、B两组,A组用机用镍钛根管锉预备根管,B组用手动不锈钢锉预备根管。结果:机用镍钛根管锉对老年人的磨牙根管预备具有良好的成形性,预备快速,高效,术后反应低,根充效果好。结论:机用镍钛根管锉具有更好临床使用价值。Objective： analyze machine NI-TI root file for elderly premolars clinical effect of preparation.Methods：128 rows you want to be a root canal treatment of elderly molar divided into two groups A,B,A group adopts machine NI-TI root root canal preparation RASP,B group adopts stainless steel nail file root canal preparation.Results： machine NI-TI root files on elderly premolars prepared with good formability,preparing and rapid,efficient,low postoperative reaction,root canal filling effect is good.Conclusion： nickel too machine root canal files have better value of clinical use.
