摘　　要：实习是培养高质量、高素质医学检验专门人才的关键阶段,而实习科室的管理水平是临床实习质量的保证。因此应不断实践、探索检验医学专业实习生的实习管理,以期不断完善实习管理模式,提高带教水平和实习质量。Graduate practice is the key stage for training high quality,high diathesis and expert in laboratory medicine.while the management level of the laboratory plays an important role in guaranteeing clinical practice qulity.Management during the medical practice should be paid an attention so as to perfect management model and raise the quality of both laboratory education and clinical practice.
