摘　　要：内隐学习机制是二语习得中的一种重要形式。针对大学英语听说教学中普遍存在的现实问题,本篇文章探讨了内隐学习的概念、本质及其特征,同时阐述了如何结合外显学习机制,运用内隐学习机制改进大学英语听说教学现状,提高学生的语言实际应用能力。The implicit learning mechanism is an important the general existing problems in college English aural-oral form in SLA（Second Ianguage Acquisition）. Aimed at teaching, this paper discusses the concept, the intrinsic quality and the characteristic of implicit learning. Meanwhile the question of how to apply the implicit learning mechanism combined with the explicit learning to improve the aural-oral teaching, thus to improve the students＇ practical ability of using English is also illustrated.
