摘　　要：文化本原是一个民族存在的根基,同样,我国民族传统体育文化本原是我国民族传统体育的精神内涵,文章从哲学的角度入手,在本体论、认识论、方法论等几个方面,对我国传统体育文化的本原加以分析,从而使大家能更好地了解我国传统体育项目的内在文化属性。The primitive origin of Chinese traditional sports culture is the spirit connotation of traditional sports,just as the primitive origin of culture is the existing foundation of a nation.The paper mainly analyzes the primitive origins of Chinese traditional sports culture from the perspective of philosophy in order to learn much about the essential attribute of Chinese traditional sports.
