沟纹舌与念珠菌感染关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨沟纹舌与念珠菌感染的关系。方法选择中国医科大学口腔医学院黏膜科2011年1—5月临床诊断为沟纹舌患者42例作为试验组;另收集40例年龄、性别与试验组相匹配的健康志愿者作为对照组。刮取受试者舌背黏膜表层组织进行涂片直接镜检,同时收集唾液进行念珠菌培养;并对沟纹舌患者治疗前后进行裂纹深度测量及疼痛评估。结果试验组念珠菌阳性率(78.6%)明显高于对照组(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.575,P<0.01)。裂纹深度≥3mm的沟纹舌患者念珠菌阳性率(87.0%)高于裂纹深度<3mm者(68.4%),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.165,P>0.05)。抗真菌治疗后沟纹舌患者的疼痛及裂纹深度部分减轻。结论沟纹舌易引起念珠菌定殖,念珠菌感染可导致沟纹舌的裂纹深度加深及疼痛加重。Objective To investigate the relationship between fissured tongue and Candida. Methods Take tissue from the surface of the tongue of the samples and make smear, and collect saliva of samples. Measure depth of fissure and assess the pain. Results There were 33 Candida positive specimens among 42 patients, therefore, the total detection rate of Candida was 78.6% ; the detection rate of Candida species among healthy people were 25.0%. There was significant difference between the patients and healthy people. After antifungal therapy, the pain and depth of the fissured tongue were improved. Conclusion These results support the notion that subjects with fissured tongue are more likely to have oral colonization with Candida, and there is relationship between Candida and the depth and pain of the fissured tongue.
