摘 要:目的用Folin-Ciocalteu法测定不同产地石榴皮总多酚的含量。方法采用Folin-Ciocalteu法(λ=760 nm),以没食子酸为对照品,测定不同产地的石榴皮总多酚含量。结果石榴皮总多酚的含量在0.024 5~0.245 0 mg/ml范围内峰吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.999 1,n=6),样品平均回收率(n=9)为103.3%,RSD为1.08%,精密度RSD为0.31%(n=6),重复性RSD为0.51%(n=6),供试品溶液稳定性RSD为0.65%(4 d内)。结论该方法简单、快捷、准确,是检测石榴皮总多酚的可靠方法。Objective To determine the total polyphenolie in pomegrana peel by Folin-Ciocaheu colorimetry. Methods Total polyphenolie compounds in the different places of pomegrana peel were determined by Folin-Ciocaheu colorimetry(λ=760nm),and the standard reference was gallic acid. Results The linear range of standard curve was 0.0245~0.2450 mg/ml(r=0.9991,n=6),the average recovery of gallic acid was 103.3% with corresponding RSD of 1.08%,the precision RSD was 0.31%,the repetition RSD was 0.51%,and the stability RSD of 0.65%. Conclusion The method is convenient,fast,and reliable for the determination of the total polyphenolie in pomegranate peel.
