中药猪皮质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的研究猪皮作为药用原料的质量控制方法。方法采用药典方法测定其含水量及总灰分含量,用乙醚索氏回流提取测定脂肪含量,用薄层色谱法对甘氨酸定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱柱前衍生化法对羟脯氨酸含量测定。结果含水量不高于70%,总灰分含量不高于1%,脂肪含量不高于7%,薄层色谱阳性结果明显,供试品色谱中与对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,含量测定羟脯氨酸在0.029 68～0.267 1μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为103.16%,RSD=0.89%。结论该定性鉴别、含量测定方法可靠,可为猪皮质量控制提供参考。Objective To study the quality control methods of pigskin as medicinal materials. Methods Moisture was used to content and total ash content with the methods from Chinese Pharmacopoeia,fat content was determined thylether refluxing extraction methods.TLC was used to identify Gly,and the contents of Hyp was determined by HPLC with pre-column derivatization. Results Moisture content was under 70 percent,total ash content was no more than 1%,fat content was under 7%,and the TLC spots developed were fairly and simply identical.The concentration of Hyp showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.029 68～0.2671μg,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 103.16%,RSD=0.89%. Conclusion The methods are special and accurate,and can provide reference for pigskin quality control.
