摘 要:目的筛选刺玫果总黄酮的最佳纯化工艺。方法采用大孔吸附树脂从刺玫果粗提物中分离纯化得到刺玫果总黄酮,并以芦丁为对照品测定总黄酮含量。结果最佳纯化工艺为AB8大孔吸附树脂吸附,50%乙醇解吸,药材与树脂比为2:1。其总黄酮含量可达50%以上。结论此工艺简便可行,符合工业化生产要求。Objective To optimize the purification conditions of total flavonoids in Fructus Rosae Davuricae. Methods The concentration of total flavone was acquired from crude extracts of Fructus Rosae Davuricae using macroporous absorptive resin,and the content of total flavonoids was measured by spectrophotometer with rutin as standard sample. Results The optimum purification conditions were as follows: the extracted fluid was absorbed with the resin AB8;the elution was 50% enthanol;the ratio of raw materials to resins was 2:1.The content of total flavonoids was more than 50%. Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and suitable for industrial production.
