摘　　要：基于已有研究中社会认知理论、社会交换理论等视角对虚拟社区知识共享影响因素的研究成果,从知识共享主体间相互影响的角度出发分析学术社区知识共享的影响因素,将学术社区的知识共享行为分为3种:单纯浏览、发帖(发起话题)、回帖(参与讨论),构建学术社区知识共享行为影响因素的结构方程模型。通过问卷调查,对模型进行了验证与分析。并对学术社区的管理提出了建议。Based on the previous research results about the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in virtual communities from the perspective of the theories of social cognition and social exchange,this article analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in academic communities from the perspective of interactions among knowledge sharing agents,divides the knowledge sharing behaviors in academic communities into 3 types： purely browsing,sending a message（starting a topic）,and reply to a message（participating in discussion）,and constructs a structural equation model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior in academic communities.After a questionnaire survey,the model is verified and analyzed.Finally,the article offers some suggestions for the management of the academic communities.
