摘 要:目的研究苎麻根4种不同极性萃取物中总黄酮含量及其抗氧化作用。方法采用硝酸铝显色法,.OH自由基体系和O2-.自由基体系,以苎麻根4种不同极性的萃取物为研究对象,测定苎麻根四相萃取物中总黄酮含量,研究不同萃取物的抗氧化作用。结果醋酸乙酯相萃取物抗氧化活性最强,该相萃取物对.OH自由基的清除率为65.74%,对O2-.自由基的清除率为48.88%,与抗氧化剂BHT相当,但比Vc稍差;同时该相中总黄酮含量为9.76%,正丁醇相萃取物中总黄酮含量为14.38%,其它两相萃取物几乎不含总黄酮。结论苎麻根中起抗氧化作用的可能是醋酸乙酯相中低极性的黄酮苷元。Objective To study the content of tota flavonoids in four different extracts of Boehmerca nivea roots and its antioxidative activity.Methods Four different extracts of Boehmeria nivea roots were evaluated for contents of total flavonoids by nitric acid aluminum method,and the antioxidative activities of the four different extracts were studied by hydroxyl free radical(·OH) system and superoxide anion free radical(O2-·) system.Results Ethyl acetate extract had the best scavenging rate against hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical,which was 65.74%,48.88%,respectively.It was the same antioxidant activity as BHT,but lower than Vc.In addition,the results also showed that the content of total flavonoids in ethyl acetate extract and n-butyl alcohol extract were 9.76%,14.38%,respectively.But the other two extracts had no flavonoids.Conclusion The antioxidative activities of Boehmeria nivea roots may be caused by the low polarity flavonoid aglycones in ethyl acetate extract.
