摘 要:目的基于药用亲缘学原理,对红、黑蛤蚧药效情况进行再评估。方法通过Mega软件,采用MP法构建系统发育树,基于系统发育树判断红、黑蛤蚧之间的亲缘关系,并依此探讨红、黑蛤蚧及药效之间的关系。结果红、黑蛤蚧在系统树上相互嵌合在一起,不能各自形成独立分支(单系),来自不同产地的红、黑蛤蚧分别构成了4个独立支系,这与红、黑蛤蚧截然可分的概念相悖。结论红蛤蚧可能具有和黑蛤蚧相似的药效,不同地区的红、黑蛤蚧药效可能存在差异。该研究旨在为红、黑蛤蚧的药效及化学成分研究提供前瞻性的建议,即开展相关研究应基于亲缘关系,分别对不同产地红、黑蛤蚧样品进行分析。ObjectiveTo reassess the efficacy of Gekko gecko based on the principle of pharmaphylogeny.MethodsThe efficacy of Gekko gecko was assessed by reconstruction of phylogenetic relationships,which was constructed with MP method by software of Mega.ResultsBlack tokay and red tokay were not monophyletic groups in the phylogeny tree.There were four separate clades in the phylogeny tree,which was paradoxical with the previous study.ConclusionThe result of this study shows that the efficacy of red tokay is as similar as black tokay,and the efficacy of Gekko gecko may be different from different habitats.At the same time,this result can also provide constructive proposal to the study of chemical and pharmacology of Gekko gecko,that is,some related studies should be based on phylogeny to analyze Gekko gecko samples from different habitats.
