摘　　要：目的探讨南药提取物体外抗甲型流感病毒的活性。方法采用细胞病变效应法(CPE法)检测19种南药提取物在MDCK细胞中的抗甲型流感病毒的活性,并通过不同的加药方式初步探索具有活性的提取物抗甲型流感病毒活性的机理。结果 在19种提取物中,直杆桉果实水提物和川楝子醇提取物具有抗甲型流感病毒的活性,初步作用机制研究表明直杆桉果实水提物对甲型流感病毒具有直接灭活的作用,而川楝子提取物则具有明显的预防效果。总体上直杆桉果实提取物的抗甲型流感病毒的活性更显著。结论 直杆桉果实水提取物和川楝子醇提取物具有抗甲型流感病毒的活性,且直杆桉果实水提物抗H1N1的活性更加显著。Objective To investigate the in vitro anti-influenza virus A activity of 19 extracts from five South China medicinal plants.Methods Cytotoxicity and anti-influenza virus A activity of different extracts were determined using cytopathogenic effect assay（CPE）.Results Of the 19 extracts from south China medicinal plants,aqueous extract from the fruit of Eucalyptus maidenii and methanol extract of Fructus Toosendan showed significant anti-influenza virus A activity.The mechanism study of anti-influenza virus A of the two extracts showed that the aqueous extract from the fruit of Eucalyptus maidenii could directly inactivate influenza virus A while methanol extract of Fructus Toosendan possessed preventative activity against influenza virus A infection.Conclusion Aqueous extract from the fruit of Eucalyptus maidenii and methanol extract of Fructus Toosendan possess anti-influenza virus A activity in vitro,and the anti-influenza virus A activity of aqueous extract from the fruit of Eucalyptus maidenii is more obvious than methanol extract of Fructus Toosendan.
