摘  要:目的优化苎麻叶中绿原酸超声提取工艺。方法利用单因素实验确定苎麻叶中绿原酸超声提取工艺条件的响应面中心值,通过响应面法和MATLAB7.0对提取工艺条件进行优化。结果 优化的提取工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数77%,固液比1∶16,提取时间11 min。在此工艺条件下绿原酸的提取率高达0.248%,与模型预测值0.253%基本相符。结论 超声提取法是一种高效提取苎麻叶中绿原酸的方法,通过响应面法得到一个能较好预测实验结果的模型方程。Objective To get the ultrasonic-assisted extraction optimization methodology of chlorogenic acid from ramie leaves.Methods The single factor experiments design was adopted to determine the experimental center factor value of ulrasonic-assisted extraction factors of chlorogenic acid from ramie leaves.Furthermore,the optimal conditions were determined to get the maximal extraction value with Response Surface Methodology by modeling tools MATLAB.Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: volume fraction of ethanol 77%,ratio of solid to liquid 1:16 and extracting time 11 min.Under the optimal conditions,the obtained experimental value of chlorogenic acid extraction rate was 0.248%,coinciding perfectly with the predictive value of 0.253%.Conclusion Utrasonic-assisted extraction is a kind of efficient and rapid method for extraction of chlorogenic acid from ramie leaves and a model equation got through the response surface method can be used to predict the experiment results.
