摘　　要：综述了2005～2011年期间应用耳穴治疗偏头痛的研究概况。耳穴治疗偏头痛多选用神门、交感、肝、胆、枕、颞、额、皮质下、内分泌、心、耳尖等穴位,治疗方法有单纯耳穴贴压或埋针法、体针配合耳穴法、耳穴配合中药内服、耳穴配合刮痧、耳穴综合疗法等多种方法。存在的问题主要有总体研究层次较低,疗效判定标准不统一等。This paper reviewed the clinical research progress of auricular acupuncture points（AAP） in treating migraine during 2005 to 2011.Commonly used AAP were Shenmen,Sympathesis,Liver,Gallbladder,Occiput,Temple,Forehead,Subcortex,Endocrine,Heart and Ear apex.The treating methods include pasting and pressing on AAP,body acupuncture combined with AAP,AAP comprehensive therapy,AAP combined with Skin scraping and so on.The problem is that the overall researches were relatively at a low level and the criteria of therapeutic effect were not unified.
