地方高校财政性教育投资不均衡性研究

摘　　要：当前,地方高校是我国高等教育的主体,但地方高校财政性投资差异明显。本文用生均预算内经费指标衡量了我国30个省(市)地方高等教育财政的不均衡性,并经过分析地方政府举办高等教育努力程度、地方经济发展水平、地方高等教育发展规模、中央政府对地方高等教育的支持程度对地方高校财政不均衡有较大影响,提出了促进地方高等教育的和谐、健康发展的对策建议。The local higher education is the main part of Chinese higher education, but Local colleges and universities financial investment difference is obvious. With per student budget expenditure, this paper will make a thorough study on the disequilibrium of local higher education financial investment. Then the article analyzes the factors which can affect the disequilibrium of local higher education fi- nancial investment, which mainly includes degree of local government effort, level of local economic development, the scale of the local higher education, the level of support for central government to local higher education. Make reference of the harmonious and sustainable of local higher education.
