农村中等职业教育生源困境的经济、社会关联性因素分析

摘　　要：现阶段我国农村中等职业教育生源困境有其经济、社会发展等的深层次原因,主要包括成本较高而收益不足,农业产业化水平不高,金融危机对职业教育校企合作模式的冲击,传统思想的影响以及职业教育资格认证制度不完善等。为此,应加大政府对农村中等职业教育的财政支持力度,调整农业产业结构,提升农业产业化经营水平,提高对职业教育重要性的认识,规范我国的职业教育资格认证制度等。At present the enrollment predicament of chinese rural medium vocational education has its deep reasons of economic and social development, including higher cost and less income, low level of industrialization on agriculture, the impact of financial crisis on the school-enterprise cooperation model of vocational education, the traditional ideology, inadequate certification system of vocational education and so on. Therefore, we should increase financial support with government on secondary vocational education in rural areas, adjust the structure of agricultural, enhance the level of industrial management of agriculture, raise awareness of the importance of vocational education, regulate qualification system of chinese vocational education, etc.
