摘　　要：经济全球化和社会转型的交汇,对我国社会主义意识形态吸引力凝聚力建设提出了新的挑战。社会主义意识形态人民主体的广泛性、价值取向的先进性、内容体系的科学性、现实基础的实践性为吸引力和凝聚力建设提供了可然性基础。社会主义意识形态吸引力和凝聚力的实现重在发挥社会主义核心价值体系在社会意识中的引领和整合作用,重在社会管理创新中政治共识和社会认同基础的构建。The conglomeration of economical globalization and social transformation has posed a new challenge to the upgrading of the appeal and cohesion of China＇s socialist ideology. The generality of socialist ideology, the advance of value orientation, the scientific system of the content and the reality-based practicability provide possibility for the upgrading of the appeal and cohesion of socialist ideology. The realization of the upgrading of the appeal and cohesion lies in the leading and integration of socialist core value system in social senses and in the construction of political common sense and social recognition basis in social management and innovation.
