摘　　要：提高党的建设科学化水平是党的事业发展的时代诉求。在世情、国情、党情发生深刻变革的新时期,针对高校党的建设的实际,实施高校党的思想理论建设的三位一体工程,推动以科学的制度保障高校党的建设的三种合力形成,坚持以科学的方法推动高校党的建设科学化的三种方法创新,探索按照科学规律谋划党的建设的三个有效结合,是提高高校党的建设科学化水平的现实路径。To upgrade the scientific level of Party construction is a comtemporary appeal of the development of the Party＇s course. In the new era when significant changes have undergone in the Party, the country and the world, it is foundamental to implement the Party＇s ideological and theoretical construction work in accordance with the practical situation. Several practical paths to the scientific development of Party construction in colleges are indicated, which include securing three resultant forces of the Party＇s construction based on a scientific system; improving the innovation of the three conventional methods to promote the Party＇s scientific construction in a scientific way; exploring three effective combinations to further the scientific planning of Party construction
