摘　　要：目的:为我国医药院校知识产权经营提供对策。方法:采用文献研究文献方法。结果:我国医药院校知识产权经营存在着知识产权经营意识淡薄、知识产权流失现象严重、知识产权经营人才严重不足、知识产权经营经费不足等问题并提出了解决方案。结论:加强我国医药院校知识产权经营,促进医药院校知识产权工作。Objective:To provide a solution of Intellectual property management for our medical institutions.Methods:We took the literature research methods for our study.Results:There are some problems,such as poor awareness of intellectual property management,serious loss of intellectual property,serious shortage of managerial talent and insufficient funds in Intellectual property management of our medical institutions.And then some countermeasures have been put forward.Conclusion:We should Strengthen the management of intellectual property rights of medical institutions.
