多层螺旋CT在闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在闭合性肠道及肠系膜挫伤诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析40例手术治疗及保守治疗证实腹部闭合性肠道挫伤患者的CT特征。结果:闭合性肠道挫伤CT特征主要表现为腹腔游离气体、腹腔及腹膜后积液、肠壁血肿、肠道间积液等。CT表现与临床诊断结果相符。结论:多层螺旋CT是闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的诊断最有效的诊断方法,具有较高敏感性及特异性。Objective： To evaluate the value of multi - slice spiral computed tomography （MSCT） in the diagnosis of bowel and mesenteric dosed injury. Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the MSCT features of 40 patients with bowel and mesenteric closed injury confirmed by surgical operation or conservative treatment. Results：The CT features including pneumoperitone- urn, intra - abdominal and retroperitoneal free fluid, bowel - wall thickening,mesenteric intiltration,mesenteric hematoma,intesti- hal wall hematoma, the CT features and clinical findings was consistent. Conclusion： MSCT is the most useful method for a- cute bowel and mesenterie dosed injury and has high sensitivity and specificity.
