摘 要:目的通过研究生长抑素受体1(sstr-1)在皮质发育障碍模型大鼠海马区中的表达,探讨皮质发育障碍模型大鼠海马形态改变的发生机制及致癫机制。方法制作皮质发育障碍大鼠模型,选取P60 d仔鼠,利用免疫组化、Western Blot检测sstr-1在皮质发育障碍模型大鼠海马区的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,sstr-1在皮质发育障碍模型大鼠海马区水平表达与正常对照组相比明显降低(0.59±0.15 vs 1.02±0.14,P<0.052)。结论 sstr-1在皮质发育障碍大鼠模型海马神经元的迁移紊乱及致癫机制中具有重要作用。Objective To study the expression of somatostatin receptor 1 and investigate the epileptogenic mechanism and mechanism of morphological changes in the hippocampus of the disorders of cortical development(DCDs)rat models.Methods To establish the DCDs rat models,P60 d offspring were selected.The expression changes of sstr-1 in the hippocampus of the DCDs rat models were analyzed by using immunohistochemistry and western blot.Results Compared with the control group,the protein expression of sstr-1 in the hippocampus of DCDs rat models were both significantly lower compared with the control group(0.59±0.15 vs 1.02±0.14;P0.05).Conclusion These results suggest that the sstr-1 could play an important role in disorder migration of hippocampal neurons and epileptogenic mechanism in the DCDs rat models.
