摘　　要：总会计师要在医院的经营管理中发挥重要作用,必须明确岗位职责,选拔合适的人选来任职。文章对医院总会计师的职责和能力要求进行了探讨,分析了影响和制约总会计师发挥作用的因素,提出了扩大总会计师的职业影响力和能力发挥的措施。If the chief accountants want to be an important role in hospitals, they must have clear job responsibilities and the hospitals must select suitable candidates to take the seat. The paper discussed the hospital chief accountants＇ responsibilities and capacity requirements, analyzed the factors to impact and constraint the chief accountant playing a role in the hospital, and proposed the measures to expand the professional influence and ability.
