摘　　要：铝合金车轮具有质量轻、减震性强、外形美观等优点。比钢车轮的质量轻30%～40%,是汽车使用铝最多的单一零件,使用铝车轮可节油约5%,是汽车实现轻量化与节能减排的重要措施之一。对铝合金车轮的结构特点、类型和制造工艺以及性能与市场概况地作了全面的介绍。中国是一个汽车生产与销售大国,也是一个铝合金车轮生产与出口大国,2009年的产、销量分别超过8 200万只,"十二五"末有可能达到1.5亿只,发展潜力巨大,正朝着更轻、更强、更美观、更经久耐用的方向发展。The advantages of aluminum alloy wheel are light weight, high buffering, and excellent appearance. The weight of aluminum wheel is 30% -40% lighter than that of steel wheel. Aluminum alloy wheel is the only part which has been used on car for years. Using a- luminum wheel can make the ear save 5 % of oil and it is the important measurement to lighten car, to save energy and to reduce fume-pollution. The construction feature, type, production process, performance and market situation of aluminum wheel have been introduced compre- hensively. China is a great country of producing and selling cars, and a great country of pro- ducing and exporting aluminum alloy wheel as well. In 2009, the production amount and selling amount are more than 82 million pieces of aluminum wheels in China. At ＂the twelfth five year plan＂ the production and selling amount can be 150 million pieces of aluminum wheels.
