摘  要:以山蕗(掌叶蜂斗菜)为原料,进行着色工艺研究,得出山蕗着色的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:日本果绿的最佳着色工艺条件为染液pH为6.0、着色时间为15min、着色浓度为5.0×10-5 g/mL。其次对山蕗的固色最佳工艺条件研究,其结果为:固色温度为30℃、固色时间为2.5 h、固色液浓度为0.3%。通过以上研究,为确定掌叶蜂斗菜生产加工提供了大量的试验数据。In this paper the dyeing method of Petasitespalm ata A.Gray was studied. The results showed that the best technological conditions for Petasitespalm ata A.Gray coloring were Japanese Fruit Green(coloring matter) best technical conditions for dyeing of pH 6.0, dyeing of time 15 min, dyeing concentration 5.0×10^-5 g/mL. In the last, the color protecting of Petasites palmata A. Gray was studied. Results showed that the citrate is the best solvent which can protect the color of Petasites palmata A.Gray. The orthogonal experiment showed that, the good technical conditions were temperature: 30℃, time:2.5h, concentration: 0.3%. Through the studying, a great deal of experimental data were provided for the Petasites palmata A.Gray production and processing.
