超声引导经皮穿刺引流治疗胆汁瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺引流治疗胆汁瘤的操作方法及临床价值。方法 2007年1月至2010年7月我科收治胆汁瘤患者18例,包括男11例,女7例,胆汁瘤最大径3.0～12.5cm。根据胆汁瘤的大小、是否存在感染等情况分别采取单次穿刺抽吸冲洗、多次穿刺抽吸冲洗、穿刺置管引流冲洗等不同方法进行治疗。结果 18例患者经超声引导下穿刺治疗后均效果满意,胆汁瘤消失15例,明显缩小3例(缩小75%以上),临床症状明显改善。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗胆汁瘤创伤小、并发症少,是一种安全、可靠及有效的治疗方法。Objective To assess the method and clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage for treatment of biloma. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases with biloma （11 males and 7 females） from January 2007 to July 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The diameter of biloma was between 3.0 cm and 12.5 cm. According to the diameter of the biloma and the status of infection, different kinds of drainage were put in practice. Results All the 18 cases were recovered after drainage. The biloma decreased （15/18） or shrunk more than 75% （3/18） and all of the symptoms relieved. Conclusion Ultrasound guidance percutaneous drainage is a safe, reliable and effective curative method for biloma with minimal damage and few complications.
