激励理论视域下的高职院校学生激励机制探究

摘　　要：在高职院校学生思想政治教育工作中,激励理论有着较高的借鉴与应用价值。分析了当前高职院校激励管理的现状,指出激励机制的完善有着相当的紧迫性。在分析激励理论核心原理的基础上,提出了一系列基于激励理论的激励手段,如目标激励、需求激励、强化激励、团队激励、情感激励等,试图为最大限度地激发学生个体的潜能,有效地实现教育目标提供新的思路。Application of motivation theory plays an important role in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.This paper first analyzes the current status of motivation management in higher vocational colleges and points out the urgency of improving the motivation mechanism.By analyzing the core principles of motivation theory,the paper concludes with a series of motivation methods,such as goal motivation,requirement motivation,reinforcement motivation,team motivation and emotional motivation.It tries to provide a new thought to inspire the students＇potential and carry out educational management.
