摘　　要：通过对中晚期肺癌的病机进行探讨,在以往相关研究基础上认为中晚期肺癌多表现脾肾不足的证候特征,并就中晚期肺癌通过应用健脾补肾法探讨在理论、临床和实验等方面的依据和机理,从而提出健脾补肾法在中晚期肺癌治疗上是很重要的方法。The article is to discuss the pathogenesis of the medium or late stage lung cancer, and based on the previous studies we considered that middle - late lung cancer developed spleen and kidney deficiency quitely, discussion of the basis and mech- anism in the theory, clinical and experimental etc. through the application of Jianpi Bushen Therapy in middle - late lung cancer was made, thus put forward Jianpi Bushen Therapy is avery important method on middle - late lung cancer treatment.
