基于生物效价检测的薏苡仁质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的:建立薏苡仁生物效价检测方法。方法:以肝癌2215细胞为生物模型,应用MTT法建立薏苡仁抑制肝癌2215细胞生物效价检测方法,以系统的方法学考察所建立方法的科学性。结果:在15.62～250.00mg.mL-1范围内,薏苡仁药材剂量的对数与细胞抑制率呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99,P<0.01),方法学考察符合生物效价检测的要求。结论:基于MTT法的薏苡仁抑制肝癌2215细胞生物活性检测方法可以用于薏苡仁药材的质量评价。Objective： To establish a bioassay methods to control the quality of Coix lachryma - jobi L. vat. ma - yuen （Roman） stapf. Methods：Hepatoma carcinoma cell 2215 （HCC -2215 ）was chosen as a model living being and MTT method was investiga- ted as anticancer potency methods to control, the quality of Coix lachryma - jobi L. vat. ma - yuen（Ronran） stapL Results ：In the range of 15.62 - 250.00mg· mL-1 there was a significant linear correlation（r = 0.99 ,P 〈 0.01 ） in the definitive range between the logarithmic concentration of Coix lachrymajobi L. vat. mayuen（Roman） stapf, and cell inhibition ratio. This bioassay was also satisfied in fiducial limit and precision. Conclusion：The result showed that MTT method could be used as anticancer potency methods in quality evaluation of Coix lachryma -jobi L. var. ma -yuen（Roman） stapf.
