胃腺癌组织中PINCH、COX-2蛋白的表达变化及意义

摘　　要：目的观察胃腺癌组织中PINCH蛋白、环氧合酶(COX)-2蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫化SP法检测30例正常胃黏膜组织和73例胃腺癌组织中的PINCH、COX-2蛋白。结果胃腺癌组织中PINCH、COX-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为75.34%、76.71%,明显高于正常胃黏膜组织的43.30%、40.00%,P均<0.05。胃腺癌组织中PINCH、COX-2阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。胃腺癌组织中PINCH、COX-2的表达呈正相关性(r=0.587,P<0.05)。结论胃腺癌组织中PINCH、COX-2高表达,其可能参与了胃腺癌的发生和转移。Objective To study the expression of PINCH protein and COX-2 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues,and explore its significance.Methods SP imunohistochemical method was adopted to detect the expression of PINCH protein and COX-2 protein in 30 cases normal gastric mucous tissue and 73 cases gastric carcinoma.Results PINCH and COX-2 positive expression ratio in gastric carcinoma tissues were 75.34%,76.71%,but 43.30%,40.00% in normal gastric mucous,all P0.05.PINCH and COX-2 expression was obviously correlated with lymph node metastasis,all P0.05.The expression of PINCH was positively correlated to COX-2（r=0.587,P0.05）.Conclusions The expression of PINCH and COX-2 increase in gastric carcinoma.It may participate in invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
