注射用灯盏花素与注射用奥扎格雷钠中西药联合治疗脑血栓疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的观察灯盏花素与奥扎格雷钠中西药联合治疗脑血栓疗效及代谢影响。方法将原发性脑血栓患者随机分为两组,A组30例,单用灯盏花素50mg,每日1次。B组30例,灯盏花素50mg,每日1次,加奥扎格雷钠80mg,每日1次。两组治疗时间均为2周,测定治疗前后的脑部CT、血尿常规、血糖血脂、血钾、肌酐、尿酸、肝肾功能及心率。结果两组脑梗死均有明显改善,A组总有效率为80%,B组总有效率为92%,两组间差异P<0.01,具有统计学意义。两组治疗后脑梗死改善差异为P<0.05,具有统计学意义。治疗后心率和代谢指标的差异为P>0.05无统计学意义。结论灯盏花素与奥扎格雷钠联合应用比单用灯盏花素更有效,而且对代谢无明显影响。Objective To observe the lamps spend grain and ozagrel sodium combination therapy cerebral thrombus curative effect of traditional and metabolic effects.Methods Primary stroke patients were randomLy divided into two groups,A group of 30 cases,including lamps spend grain 50mg,once a day.Group B 30 cases,lamps spend grain 50mg once a day,add ozagrel sodium 80 mg,once a day.Two groups of treatment time are two weeks,determination of brain CT before and after treatment in the urine,blood sugar,blood fat,potassium,creatinine,uric acid,kidney and liver function and heart rate.Results Two groups of cerebral infarction were significantly improvement,A group total effectiveness 80%,group B the total effective rate was 92%,the difference between the two groups（P0.01）,and have A statistics,has the statistical significance.Two groups of the head infarction improve treatment for difference（P0.05）,and has the statistical significance.After treatment,the heart rate and the difference of the metabolic indices for P0.05 was not statistically significant.Conclusion Lamps spend grain and ozagrel sodium combined application with lamps spend more than meat,and effective for not significantly affect the metabolism.
