中药荷叶铁线蕨提取液体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的对荷叶铁线蕨的体外抑菌作用进行初步研究。方法用管碟法测定荷叶铁线蕨提取液的抑菌圈大小进行抑菌实验,并采用二倍稀释法测定其对敏感菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果荷叶铁线蕨提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和白色念珠菌无抑菌作用,而对大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌具有明显的抑菌作用,其中对铜绿假单胞菌作用较强。结论荷叶铁线蕨提取液对革兰阴性菌具有一定抑菌作用。ObjectiveTo research the growth inhibitory effect of Adiantum reniforme var.sinense in vitro. MethodsThe cup plate method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of aqueous extract solution.By serial two-fold dilution method,minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） of the extract were determined. ResultsThe inhibitory effect of the extracts was obvious on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,but not on Staphy-lococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans.It was stronger on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. ConclusionThe extract of Adiantum reniforme var.sinense may have the effect of growth inhibition on the Gram-negative bacteria.
