摘  要:目的研究超声波辅助提取板蓝根多糖的最佳工艺条件。方法采用响应面分析法,以超声功率、超声时间及料水比为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,做3因素3水平响应面回归分析。结果优化得到板蓝根多糖超声波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率149.8 W,超声时间30.5 min及料水比1∶30.2,在此条件下实验获得多糖的提取率为15.52%。结论获得的超声波辅助法提取板蓝根多糖的最佳条件稳定可行,与传统的热水浸提法相比,大大缩短了提取时间,减少了料水比,提高了多糖的提取率。ObjectiveTo investigate the optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of polysaccharides from Indigowoad root. MethodsUltrasonic-assisted extraction process of polysaccharides from Indigowoad root was optimized by response surface analysis(RSA).Ultrasonic power,ultrasonic extraction time and material to water ratio as independent variables,and polysaccharide yield as response variable,the extraction was analyzed by three variables and three levels of RSA. ResultsOptimal parameters of ultrasonic-assisted extraction procedure of polysaccharides from Indigowoad root were obtained: ultrasonic power 149.8 W,ultrasonic extraction time 30.5 min and material to water ratio 1:30.2,and polysaccharides yield was 15.52% under the optimum condition. ConclusionThe optimal technique is stable and workable.Compared with traditional hot water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction can greatly shorten the extraction time,and reduce material to water ratio and increase the yield of polysaccharides.
