摘　　要：目的探讨护理指导对阿尔茨海默病患者照料者心理状况的影响。方法按入组标准选取我院门诊或住院的阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者共60例,并配对相应照料者。干预期6个月。在入组前、3月后及6月后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对各照料者心理状况进行评定,并采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)对AD患者进行评定。结果两组间相比较,在干预6月后观察组在SCL-90总分及抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、人际关系因子分则有显著性差异(t=6.749,P<0.01)。而患者方面干预6月后观察组ADL评分较对照组亦有显著性差异(t=2.817,P<0.01)。结论护理指导能有效改善AD患者照料者的心理状况,尤其表现在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、躯体化等方面,同时可以提高患者的个人生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of nursing instruction on psychological condition of Alzheimer＇s patients caregivers.Methods According to standard selection,outpatient and inpatient Alzheimer disease（AD） patients were 60 cases,and matching the corresponding caregivers.Intervention time was 6 months.Before intervention,in 3 months and 6 months using symptoms checklist 90（SCL-90） on measuring caregivers＇ psychological condition, and patients with AD were evaluated with activity of daily living（ADL）.Results There were significant differences in SCL-90 total score,depression,anxiety,somatization and interpersonal relationship（t=6.749,P0.01） between the two groups in 6 months;there was significant difference in ADL score（t=2.817,P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing instruction can effectively improve the AD caregivers＇ psychological condition,especially in interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety,and somatization,etc,it can also improve the patients＇ personal life ability.
