摘　　要：目的调查网络时代军医大学生心理健康状况及影响因素。方法 380名被试完成症状自评量表（Sym ptom Check list90,SCL-90）和Y oung网络成瘾问卷测试。结果调查发现军医大学生SCL-90得分低于地方成人常模（t=-7.658,-9.706,-13.911,-8.925,-6.987,-9.718,-5.651,-10.420,-5.807,-10.023;P〈0.001）;除强迫和敌对因子外,研究生的各因子得分均低于本科生（t=2.691,2.596,2.1,2.24,2.232,3.763,2.31,2.468,2.683;P〈0.05）;本科三年级学员SCL-90得分较高（F=3.548,4.059,5.073,4.013,3.468,3.189,2.292,4.895,2.375,2.836,4.28;P〈0.05）;除敌对、恐怖和附加因子外,21~24岁组学员SCL-90各因子得分均较高（F=3.054,3.047,3.727,2.65,2.644,3.641,3.395,3.444;P〈0.05）,网络成瘾倾向与军医大学生心理健康水平关系密切,相关系数在0.19~0.33之间。结论军医大学生心理健康水平较好,尤其是研究生;21~24岁年龄段学员心理健康水平较低,尤其是本科三年级学员,网络对心理健康水平有一定影响。Objective To investigate the mental health of military medical college students in internet era.Methods A total of 380 participants completed the Symptom Checklist 90 and Internet Addiction Impairment Index.Results The military medical college students had better mental health state compared with local norms（t=-7.658,-9.706,-13.911,-8.925,-6.987,-9.718,-5.651,-10.420,-5.807,-10.023;P0.001）,postgraduates had better mental health state than undergraduates except the compulsive and hostility（t=2.691,2.596,2.1,2.24,2.232,3.763,2.31,2.468,2.683;P0.05）,the third degree of undergraduates（F=3.548,4.059,5.073,4.013,3.468,3.189,2.292,4.895,2.375,2.836,4.28;P0.05） and the students aged between 21 and 24（F=3.054,3.047,3.727,2.65,2.644,3.641,3.395,3.444;P0.05） had worse mental health state than other students.Internet addiction attempting was closely correlated with the mental health,the coefficients of correlation were between 0.19 and 0.33.Conclusion The mental health state of military medical college students is relatively good,especially the postgraduate students;the students aged between 21 and 24 have worse mental health state than other students,especially the third degree of undergraduates.The internet has certain influence on their mental health.
