摘 要:常规影像学诊断胰腺癌虽有一些规律可循,但缺乏特异性。分子影像学的开展使针对胰腺癌的特异性靶向成像成为可能。多种肿瘤标志物在胰腺癌内呈过表达,为胰腺癌的靶向成像提供了理论依据。MR成像设备具有高分辨力及无放射性损伤等优点,在分子影像学研究中的应用较为广泛。本文就胰腺癌的靶点选择及其MR分子影像学研究近况进行综述。Although there are some rules to follow in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer by conventional imaging,the lack of specificity is also obvious.The development of the molecular imaging makes the specific targeting of pancreatic cancer become possible.A variety of tumor markers are overexpressed in pancreatic cancer,providing the theoretical basis to the targeted imaging of pancreatic cancer.MR imaging is widely used in the study of molecular imaging.Choice of targets for pancreatic cancer and the results of some recent MR molecular imaging researches were reviewed in this article.
