摘 要:本文利用五个城市农民工抽样调查数据,分析了培训系统对农民工职业培训绩效的影响。研究发现,农民工职业培训系统包括培训方法、环境设施、培训内容、考试认证、培训教材、培训周期、培训时间等七个维度。农民工职业培训绩效包括反应与认知、迁移与维持两个维度。相关分析与逐步回归分析结果显示,培训系统与农民工职业培训绩效显著正相关。本文针对这一结论提出了农民工职业培训有效性的对策与建议。The paper bases on survey data of rural migrant workers in five cities, and analyzes effect of training system to rural migrant workers' occupational training performance. The Factor analysis shows that rural migrant workers' occupational training system including training methods, environment &facilities, training contents, certification & examinations, training materials, training cycle, training time of 7 dimensions. The rural migrant workers' occupational training performance includes response and cognitive outcome, migration and maintenance outcome of 2 dimensions. Correlation and multiple regression analysis show that training system and rural migrant workers' occupational training performance significantly correlated. According the conclusions, the authors give some suggestions on the effectiveness of rural migrant workers' oecupational training.
