吉林省2006-2010年羊传染性脓疱病的流行病学调查及分析

摘　　要：为了解近年来羊传染性脓疱病在吉林省的流行情况,本试验采用PCR方法对2006-2010年间采自吉林省9个不同市县85个养羊户疑似羊传染性脓疱病毒(ORFV)感染的628份痂皮样本(背部、乳房、四肢以及尾根等部位皮肤)进行羊传染性脓疱病毒核酸的检测,在各市县不同年龄不同品种羊的皮肤痂皮样本中均检测到一定程度的ORFV,平均阳性率为24.36%(153/628),其中以1～6月龄羔羊的阳性检出率最高。应用间接ELISA方法对同期采集自上述地区羊群中的2 160份血清样本进行ORFV抗体检测,其中有852份呈现ORFV抗体阳性反应,平均阳性率为39.44%(852/2 160)。以上结果表明,ORFV在吉林省大部分地区羊群中的感染已经非常普遍。In order to understand the recent epidemiology knowledge of contagious ecthyma in J ilin province,628 scab samples （including the skins of the back,udder,limbs and tail） collected from 85 flocks in 9 different areas of Jilin province from 2006 to 2010 were detected by PCR. The viral nucleic acid of Orf virus could be detected from scab samples,the average positive rate was 24.36% （153/628） ,and the positive rate reached the highest in lambs aged 1- 6 months. The ORFV antibodies of 2 160 serum samples collected from the flocks mentioned above were detected by indirect ELISA. The result showed that 852 serum samples were positive,and the average positive rate was 39.44% （852/2 160） . The result indicated that ORFV infection was very widespread in the flocks of Jilin province.
