摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆服务环境、工作方式、服务模式和读者需求的变化,提出了图书馆阅览服务创新要坚持"以人为本",实现服务理念创新、资源布局创新和服务内容创新。This article analyzed the service environment,working mode,service mode and the changes of readers＇ demands in the university library,and put forward reading service innovation should be realized by means of the innovation on service concept,distribution of resource and service content based on the idea of ＂people-oriented＂.
