摘  要:目的比较4种玻璃离子充填材料短期内氟离子释放能力和溶解性,为临床选择充填材料提供依据。方法实验选取1种传统型玻璃离子水门汀(SC),2种高强度玻璃离子水门汀FujiⅨ(F9)和Ketac Moler(KM),1种树脂改良型玻璃离子水门汀FujiIILC(F2LC),和1种复合树脂Z100(CR,3M)共5种材料进行研究。每种材料制备12个样本块,均分为氟释放测量组和溶解性测量组。2组样本分别浸泡于去离子水中21d。采用离子色谱法测量材料氟离子总释氟量,并通过测量浸水21天前、后的重量变化计算材料溶解值。计算每种材料(释氟量/溶解值)的比值。结果 5种材料释氟量由大到小为:SC>KM>F9>F2LC>CR,KM和F9、F9和F2LC释氟量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。5种材料溶解值差异均有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),顺序由大到小为:SC>KM>F9>F2LC>C。5种材料(释氟量/溶解值)比值由大到小为:F2LC>SC>F9>KM>CR。4种玻璃离子充填材料氟释放量与溶解值呈直线正相关关系(r=0.974,P<0.01)。结论传统型、高强度型和树脂改良型玻璃离子的释氟性和溶解性依次下降。释氟能力越高的玻璃离子水稳定性越低。树脂改良型玻璃离子(释氟量/溶解值)比值高于传统型和高强度玻璃离子。Objective To evaluate the fluoride release and the solubility of 4 glass-ionomer restorative materials. Method Five kinds of glass-ionomer restorative materials were used in this study: a traditional glass ionomer cements(SC,Shanghai),two high-viscous glass ionomer cements FujiⅨ(F9,GC) and Ketac Moler(KM,3M),a resin-modified glass ionomer cements Fuji IILC(F2LC,GC),and a composite resin Z100(CR,3M).Twelve disk-shaped specimens(10 mm x 1 mm) of each material were prepared,which were divided into fluoride-releaseing testing group and solution testing group equally.Each specimen was immersed in deionized water for 21 days.The cumulative fluoride release was measured by Ion Chromatography.The solubility was determined by weighting the samples before and after water immersion and desiccation,and the ratio(fluoride release / solubility)was computed. Results The fluoride release of 5 kinds of materials showed a decreasing tendency from SC,FM,F9,F2LC to CR.There was no significant difference among F9 and KM,F9 and F2LC in fluoride release(P0.05).There were significant differences in solubility among the materials as the following rankings:F2LCSCF9KMCR(P0.05).The ratio(fluoride release / solubility) decreased in the following order: F2LCSCF9KMCR.The cumulative fluoride release rates of four glass-ionomers were linear with respect to solubility with r= 0.9769(P0.01). Conclusion The fluoride release and the solubility of traditional glass ionomer cements,high-viscous glass ionomer cements and resin-modified glass ionomer cements successively decline.Glass ionomer cements with higher fluoride release have lower water stability.The ratio(fluoride release / solubility) of resin-modified glass ionomer cements is higher than traditional glass ionomer cements and high-viscous glass ionomer cements.
