摘 要:目的建立上颌单根前磨牙正常根管和薄弱根管4种桩核冠修复方式的三维有限元模型,并进行应力分析,为临床前磨牙薄弱根管的修复提供参考。方法正常上颌单根前磨牙,通过micro-CT扫描、MIMICS、GEOMAGIC、ANSYS等软件建立正常根管、薄弱根管及其4种修复方式的有限元模型,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算分析修复复合体最大主应力及界面上剪切应力分布情况。结果建立模型的各项数据在正常值范围内。最大应力集中区为牙根表面舌侧根中部分、桩尖区牙体组织。随着桩核材料弹性模量的增高,应力集中的趋势更为明显,并逐渐向牙根内部集中,向桩尖区集中。结论薄弱根管修复后应力集中强度依次增大的顺序为:聚乙烯纤维桩核、复合树脂根管重塑纤维桩核、流体树脂根管重塑纤维桩核、金合金桩核。Objective To investigate the stress distribution of normal roots,flared roots of maxillary single root premolar restored with four kinds of post-core crown by three-dimensional finite element analysis. Methods After one intact single root maxillary premolar was scanned with micro-CT,the data was dealt with MIMICS,GEOMAGIC,ANSYS.The three-dimensional finite element models of normal root,flared roots of maxillary premolar restored with four different post-core crowns were established,and the S1 and shear stress distribution of the roots was analyzed with ANSYS. Results S1 stress concentrated at middle lingual surface,post apex part of the root.As the elastic modular increased,the stress concentration increased,and the stress gradually transferred into inner and apex of the root. Conclusion The stress intensity increased successively as the following order: polyethylene post-core,composite resin,glass-fiber post,composite resin core,flowing resin,glass-fiber post,flowing resin core,gold alloy post-core.
