腹膜假性黏液瘤的MRI诊断(附3例报告并文献复习)

摘　　要：目的:分析腹膜假性黏液瘤(Pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的MRI表现特点,提高对本病的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的PMP 3例,结合文献对其MRI表现进行分析。结果:3例出现腹盆腔脏器扇贝样压迹,腹腔、盆腔脏器周边多发长T1长T2信号分房黏液团块,合并有网膜、肠系膜浸润,出现网膜饼状改变,少量腹水;增强后腹膜及黏液团块边缘呈延迟对比强化;2例原发肿块来源阑尾,1例来源阑尾或卵巢。结论:PMP的MRI表现具有一定的特征性,充分认识其MRI征象,有利于作出正确的诊断。Objective：To study the MRI display of pseudomyxoma peritonei,and raise the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.Methods：3 cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei had received plain and contrast enhancement MRI check before operation.All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology,and the exhibition of MRI was reviewed and analyzed.Results：Typical exhibition of MRI：all the 3 cases showed abdominal and pelvic organs peripheral scalloping,and abjoint blenn-bolu,combined with infiltrative changes in the mesentery and peritoneal nodules,and with small amount of ascites.Conclusion：The imaging performance of pseudomyxoma peritonei is of certain characteristics,so to learn the MRI display is very helpful to the right diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei.
