摘　　要：酒精性肝炎的诊断有赖于长期、大量饮酒史,出现黄疸并且除外其他可能引起肝炎的病因。笔者对酒精性肝炎的临床特征、诊断、预后判断和治疗进展进行综述。The diagnosis of alcoholic hepatitis is based on a history of heavy and long-term alcohol use, jaundice, and the absence of other possible causes of hepatitis. This review focuses on the progress of alcoholic hepatitis in clinical presentation, diagnosis, prognosis and therapy.
