摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展纲要》中提出了要构建学习型社会的发展蓝图,成人高等教育必然在此进程中担当重要角色。为了推动成人高等教育健康发展,在国家的发展建设中发挥重要作用,笔者结合我国成人高等教育的现状综合,分析了决定成人高等教育发展方向的八个方面的矛盾关系。处理好这些关系,对于成人高等教育的健康、可持续发展具有一定的指导作用。It is meaningful that constructing learning society is addressed in the national education reform and development of long-term planning programs,adult higher education will play an important role during this process inevitably.In order to make the adult higher education healthy and sustained,the author discusses eight decisive paradoxical relations,which is constructive to the development of adult higher education.
