摘　　要：单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)是一种分泌型单链蛋白质,为趋化因子家族成员之一,可通过G蛋白耦联受体途径诱导趋化性的产生,是调节单核巨噬细胞迁移及浸润的主要趋化因子之一。MCP-1参与多种疾病的细胞凋亡过程,并在凋亡机制中发挥重大作用。现就其特点、功能及与细胞凋亡性疾病的关系予以综述。Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1（MCP-1）is a secretory single stranded protein,which is a member of C-C chemokine family and induces chemotaxis through the activation of G-protein-coupled receptors.Also MCP-1 is one of the key chemokines that regulate migration and infiltration of monocytes/macrophages.Recent studies have shown that MCP-1 participate in cell apoptosis process in various diseases and play a great role in apoptosis mechanisms.Here is to review its features,functions and the it correlation with apoptosis diseases.
