强脉冲光联合Q开关532nm激光治疗面部皮肤光老化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨强脉冲光联合Q开关532nm激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:将128例患者根据光老化皮肤损害的不同选择不同的波长及模式进行1个疗程(4～6次)的强脉冲光治疗,2周后使用Q开关532nm激光对疗效欠佳的皮损进行局部治疗,4周后进行疗效评价。结果:经过强脉冲光和激光联合治疗后,128例患者的光老化皮肤损害均有不同程度的改善,其中以毛细血管扩张、色素沉着、皮肤质地的改善最为明显,治疗的总有效率均达到90%以上,细小皱纹及毛孔粗大的总有效率也达到了73.81%、71.15%。结论:强脉冲光联合Q开关532nm激光治疗面部光老化,疗效可靠,并发症少,是一种理想的非侵入性治疗面部皮肤光老化的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Q-switched 532nm Laser in the treatment facial photoaging combined intense pulsed light.Methods 128 patients were selected according to the different skin lesions and patterns of different wavelengths of a course of treatment（4～6 times） and intense pulsed light therapy,two weeks after treat the efficacy of local treatment of lesions of the poor by Q-switched 532nm laser.Evaluate the efficacy after four weeks.Results The therapy after adjusting 532nm laser combined with intense pulsed light,128 patients of photoaging of skin lesions improved in varying degrees,in which the telangiectasia,pigmentation,skin texture have the most obvious improvement.The total effective rate of treatment is 90% or more,fine wrinkles and large pores to the total efficiency of 73.81%,71.15%.Conclusion Q-switched 532nm Laser in the treatment facial photoaging combined intense pulsed light reliable efficacy,fewer complications,is an ideal non-invasive method of facial skin photoaging.
