义齿修复上下前牙缺失的美学特点与影响因素

摘　　要：目的:通过120例上下前牙缺失后义齿的修复,探讨影响义齿美学修复的因素。方法:针对120例上下前牙缺失者,结合其对义齿美学修复的要求,设计、制作符合其特点的美学修复体。在120例上下前牙修复中,固定修复88例,隐形修复32例。结果:通过患者对修复体的满意度评价,形态逼真99例,功能良好109例,微笑自然100例,对称协调104例,色泽相似76例。结论:对上下前牙缺失美学修复,必须根据患者牙齿缺失的情况,结合其美学要求,为其设计制作,符合其个性特点的美学修复体。Objective To evaluate the effective facts of aesthetic restoration by observing the restoration of 120 cases of missing anterior teeth.Methods Totally 120 patients who needed restoration of missing anterior teeth,took into account patient＇s chief complaints and desires,designed and made a treatment planning of aesthetic restoration.Then,evaluate patient＇s feeling.In all cases,There were 88 patients with fixed partial dentures,32 cases of latent valplast dentures.Results There were 99 cases closely resemble natural teeth in size and shape,109 cases having perfect function,100 cases having natural smile,104 cases with symmetry and harmony,76 cases closely resemble natural teeth in shade.Conclusion The aesthetic restoration to the missing anterior teeth must into account the characters of patient＇s oral health and aesthetics.
